Dear First Grade Families,
Happy Monday! Attached is the homework assignment sheet for this week. Please note a few important items below:
- There is NO fluency choice board or test this week. Instead, students should practice reading and memorizing their lines for the first grade small class musical with speed, accuracy, and expression. If your child misplaced their script and is in need of a new copy, please contact Mrs. Garcia.
- We are skipping chapter 10 in math. We will cover this chapter at the end of the school year. We are moving at a quick pace through chapter 11, so please note that we will have a quiz on Wednesday (5/9) and a test on Friday (5/11).
- Because of this quick pace, students will be assigned more than two math pages on certain days. Please encourage your child to read the homework assignment sheet carefully!
