Good morning SAP Students and Families,
I hope you all are doing well and staying healthy and active! The students have been doing a great job with the fitkids videos in class, and I do hope they are able to utilize them regularly throughout the week. Last week I introduced a mindfulness video that taught breathing techniques. It is very important to take care of our whole body, mind, and spirit to be truly healthy. I will continue to share these videos at the end of every class after our workout. Please note the time change below for this Tuesday’s class for this week only.
