Goodmorning SAP Students and Families,
I hope you all enjoyed the sunny weekend! I know this time of year can be a bit hectic all on it’s own, but the current circumstances can make it much more difficult. Please try your best to stay active daily, get in some vitamin D, and eat a well balanced healthy diet. Doing both will help boost your immune system. We may not have control of many things, but we do have control of doing our best to stay healthy in mind, body, and spirit.
