Good Morning SAP Students and Families,
Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful and restful Christmas break. This week we are easing back into P.E. classes with some fun exercises to get our bodies moving. It is so important to stay active during these cold months and especially with the ongoing pandemic. I highly encourage all students and parents to safely get outside for some fresh vitamin D daily. Go for a walk, bike ride, play catch, kick or bounce a ball for at least 30 minutes a day. Not only is it good for your physical health, but also for your mental health! With a mask or course and socially distanced.

6th – 8th Grade: 2:15 pm – 3:00 pm (Link in Google Classroom)
Additionally:
Grades 3-8: Push- Ups (10), Sit – Ups (10), and Squats (10) DAILY
Grades K-2: 5 Push-Ups, 5 Sit-Ups, and 5 Squats DAILY
