Good Morning SAP Students and Families,
It was wonderful to see the students in class last week for the first classes after break. I hope you are all continuing to stay healthy and as active as possible.
This week in grades 3-8, we begin a monthly exercise log that focuses on a student’s chosen goal. The goal chosen will be used for the entire month of January. A new goal will be chosen for February and so on. Students are asked to submit a picture of their log each week on Friday, with a parent signature. My hope is that this log will help students to be more physically active, learn to set goals, and build self-confidence in themselves as they see their steady improvement.

Grades 3-8: Push- Ups (10), Sit – Ups (10), and Squats (10) DAILY
Grades K-2: 5 Push-Ups, 5 Sit-Ups, and 5 Squats DAILY
