Word Study (Focus: Words with long /i/ — i_e in hide; i in kind; ie in height; igh in high)
Study these words: silent, untie, mighty, highest, frightening, tricycle, retried, kindness, slight, mild, sight, pie, mind, tie, pilot, might, lie, tight, blind, fight midnight, find, frightening, driveway, provide, combine.
Target Vocabulary
Complete daily practice. Upload all completed work in Google Classroom Thursdays on/before 7pm
(Monday) Arrange the words in ABC order. Twice
(Tuesday) Write a sentence for each vocabulary word (red notebook)
(Wednesday) Use different colors to write your vocabulary words twice (red notebook)
(Thursday) Video record with eyes closed. Spell words out loud.
