Good afternoon First Grade families,
Happy New Year! Hope you all had wonderful holidays with your family. Please read all the information that you and your child will need for the week of 01/10 – 01/14. Please make sure to read all the reminders to avoid questions that are clearly stated on this email.
Weekly Covid Test
Parents, I would recommend reading Mrs. Grey’s email blast regarding the updates for next week. Since Monday, 1/10 is a mandatory all-school testing day, we will have asynchronous class (INDEPENDENT WORK) and all work and assignments will be posted on Seesaw and expected to be turned in by the end of the day (7pm). I will provide a schedule on Monday, through email and will be posted on Seesaw. Tuesday will most likely be an asynchronous or Zoom day as we await the results from Monday’s COVID tests. If we need to stay distance learning for the whole week, I will schedule a pick up for your child’s books and other materials. I will keep you updated.
This coming week, on campus testing is on Monday, 1/10 with Pacific Toxicology, and next week (since Monday is a holiday), Pacific Toxicology will be on campus on Tuesday, 1/18.
Please sign up on the Sign Up Genius link for each week till the end of school on the updated link below. With Pacific Toxicology making it easier than ever to test at school each Monday morning from 7:30-8:30 am, please make it a REGULAR WEEKLY HABIT to sign up for your child(ten) to be tested every Monday on campus on the Sign up Genius link below. If you have previously registered them on line and given your personal info to Pacific Toxicology, you can sign up using the Sign Up Genius link below each Thursday after the first time.
