Good Afternoon Kindergarten Families, Thank you all so much for the beautiful cards, kind words, and generous gifts today. Mrs. McCabe and I certainly felt spoiled. We are so appreciative to work in partnership with such wonderful families!
Our Catholic Schools Week activities have been so much fun! We continue tomorrow with Administration Appreciation Day. We want to recognize our amazing principal, Mrs. Grey, vice principal, Mrs. Navia, and office staff Mrs. Ray and Mr. Aguilar. We also thank our pastor, Msgr. Sal. Their tireless efforts truly keep our school running.
Please join us Thursday morning for Parent Appreciation Day. There will be donuts for parents only (sorry students) at the brown benches and the carline.
As a reminder, the morning drop off time is NOT supposed to be a play time. I have informed students and parents since August that students are expected to sit on the blue bench or wait on their spot in the line until the bell at 7:50am. If a student wants to stand with their parents that is ok too, but again, students should not play or run around.
We do not want students to be injured before school begins. Please speak to your child about these rules and their consequences.
Should you ever witness any misconduct in the morning, please immediately notify me, Mrs. McCabe, or the teacher on morning duty so we can address the situation in a timely manner. Students who do not follow this rule will be issued a think sheet.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Ms. Strohm
