Good Afternoon Kindergarten Families, This Wednesday, February 9th is the 100th day of school! We have been counting down the days in the classroom and are very excited to celebrate! Yesterday the 100th day project was sent home in your child’s folder. Please help your child collect and count 100 items. The collection should fit in the ziploc bag. The projects should be returned on Wednesday to share with the class. Students also have the option to dress up as if they are 100 years old on Wednesday. Wednesday is also Rams appreciation day, so students have the option to wear Rams gear as well. All dress up days are optional.
Please join us for our 2nd Mandatory General Parent Meeting on Zoom this Wednesday, February 9 at 6:30pm. Please sign in 5 minutes early and put your child’s name and grade in the chat box. We will be taking attendance and we can also see how long you have been logged in from our reports.
We ask that you please attend or send a family member to attend, as we have some important information to cover at the meeting from 6:30 till about 8:15pm. The Zoom link is below. Please check your email for the Zoom link or our class SeeSaw.
Finally, next Monday 2/14 is Valentine’s Day. Students are welcome to bring valentines to exchange with their class. Please note we have 28 students in the class. In order to easily distribute the valentines, please do not send in different valentines for boys and girls. They should all be the same. Additionally, Valentine’s should not be addressed to individual students. For example: To: My Friend (or leave blank)From: Ms. Strohm
Any questions, please ask.
Thank you,
Ms. Strohm
