Praying that everyone is doing well! Here is all the information that you and your child will need for this week 3/14-3/18. I ask everyone to please read all the information below to avoid questions that are clearly stated on this email.
Homework
Please make sure to follow the daily assignment on our homework weekly list that will be sent on Monday. Kindly sign the homework list and your child’s behavior chart daily
- Math- Please see homework weekly list
- Reading- 1 Raz-kid book (listen, read, record & quiz)
- Word Study- (Tues. & Thurs.) 2 Word Study decodable on Seesaw (listen, read, record & highlight words with long e sound (ea, e, ee , e_e)
- 3 Sight words notebook activities- Week 21 (Students must use their March menu, choose DIFFERENT activities every day)

Classroom Wishlist
The following supplies are things that the students and I would greatly appreciate, we use these supplies daily in our classroom.
- Baby wipes (used to wipe sweaty faces after lunch)
- Painters blue tape (used for instruction)
- 8×11 printer paper (used for all printed activities in class, homework & letters)
Monday, March 14th– Aquarium of the Pacific field trip
Depart School: 10:00am
Return Time: 3:00pm
What time should I drop my child to school?
Regular day schedule, before 7:50am.
Are they having snacks before leaving school?
Yes! We will have an early snack time before we leave at 9:30am-9:50am.
Can I meet my child at the location?
No, we have our room parents, me and Mrs. Ray that will take care of all the students.
What should my child wear?
All students must wear their complete regular school uniform. Sweater/jackets/cardigans must have our school logo.
Do I need to pack my child a lunch?
Yes! All students must bring a packed lunch. Please pack your child’s lunch in a gallon Ziploc bag (food and drink should fit in the Ziploc bag) labeled with their name and grade.
What should my child not bring?
Do not bring money and valuables. We will not visit the gift shop. No need to bring iPad or any device on this day. Students are not bringing any camera! Only Ms. Martinez will take pictures.
What is the cost of this field trip?
$15 (including admission ticket & bus fee)– All students joining the field trip should’ve paid for the fees already.

Important Dates:
- March 14: K-3 Aquarium of the Pacific fieldtrip
- March 17 – St Patrick’s Day! Wear Green shirts
- March 22- My Baptism folder project due
- March 24: Spring Picture Day (only students purchasing pictures may come in Free Dress)
