Good morning First Grade Families,
Praying that everyone is doing well! Here is all the information that you and your child will need for this week 3/21-3/25. I ask everyone to please read all the information below to avoid questions that are clearly stated on this email.
Monday, March 21st
Tomorrow is Student Free day, No school! All faculty and Staff will be having a retreat. Enjoy a 3-day weekend!
My Baptism Folder project
This project will be due on Tuesday, March 22. Please make sure to read the directions that was sent. Late submitted projects will not be accepted, this project was sent couples weeks ago.
Tardies in 3rd trimester
Our class is still having excessive tardies even for the 3rd trimester. As a friendly reminder, school begins at 7:50am each morning, students must be in line at 7:50am. Students who arrive after 7:50am are considered tardy. Please allow enough time in the morning for your child to hang their backpack and turn in their folder. Students may sit on the blue bench or wait on their spot in line. Students should not run around in the morning. There’s only 1 teacher in charge for morning duty and it’s difficult to watch all students if they are running around. If you see some students running around, kindly help me to remind our firsties to just sit and wait for the bell.

Parents, please refer to the parent-student handbook. I have been noticing some students not wearing the correct jackets and shoes. (School color- Black, White, Navy or Gray)

Students who do not have official school jackets must either purchase official jackets or wear plain navy blue jackets/windbreakers. It must match the uniform or students may be sent to the office until parents bring their proper attire. No jackets with designs. On winter days, students may wear heavier jackets, but the color must match the uniform. If a uniform is in question, parents will be notified immediately.
