Dear Kindergarten families,
Hoping that everyone is enjoying a blessed weekend!
Thank you everyone for returning signed permission slips. Please carefully read the Field Trip details below.
Long Beach Aquarium Field Trip, Monday, March 13th:
Our dedicated bus will depart school at 8:15 am. The Aquarium opens at 9:00 am. Please arrive at school with your student in regular school uniform on time. Including myself and Ms. Gabby, we will have 8 adult chaperones for our 27 students. Each chaperone will have a group of 3-4 students. Our fundraising and grants have paid for this field trip. There are no additional costs.
A few reminders:
- Pack your child’s disposable lunch and drink in a gallon ziplock bag labeled with their name on it. The lunches will be stored on the bus with the waiting driver. We will have lunch in a SAP reserved/designated area at 11:45 am.
- Do NOT send your student with money. We will NOT be visiting the gift store.
- If you ordered a hot lunch for 3/13, please notify Alvarado Catering your student will not be at school. The same applies for 3/30 when we will be going to Shrek, The Musical.
Please be sure your student has a good breakfast and has used the restroom before arriving at school. I am hoping students can fully experience the Aquarium while we are there.
Homework
There will be no Seesaw homework on Monday. Please have your child tell you about the Field Trip!
