Question
Are you going to post homework on google classroom?’
Work and homework are usually posted on google classroom with the exception of last Tuesday which was clarify with the students on Wednesday. It is not under “announcement” but under each subject. However, students should write in their planner daily as their planner will be graded and are part of their work habit.
Homework
- The use of homework in this class is to help students assess their learnings and understandings of the material. It is therefore primordial that the students do it themselves. If they are having trouble understanding, please have them put a post it or a note so that they can ask a question or if you are helping them, please make sure to help them finding the answer themselves rather than giving them the answer. This is an important process for their critical thinking.
- Math Homework are to be done daily to help students build from previous lesson.
- Students are responsible for their homework and to bring them and put them in the homework bin on Friday. When homework is not received on Fridays, I will remove a point per day late and will need the homework no later than Monday. Please note that this week I did put “IC” for any homework not received.
- Homework is part of work habit and late homework does have an impact on students work habit grade.
