Afternoon Care will be available in the Daycare Room 7, in the Learning Lab/Library, or under the white tents on the blacktop:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 1:45 PM – 6:00 PM
- Minimum Days: 12:15 – 6:00 PM (Bring Snack and Lunch)
- Flat rate: $20/day per child
- $10/day per child if stay is less than 1 hour
- $10/day per child if a student is coming from any after school activity – Please note there is a 5-minute grace period for students coming from an after-school activity before the $20/day fee is charged so please pick students up promptly.
- $1/per minute late fee for any student picked up after 6:00 PM
- $10/per child for any Mandatory Parent Meeting, Parent Orientation, etc.
- Evening Daycare is contingent upon having adequate staff available
- Any younger siblings brought to evening meetings must be potty-trained
Exceptions – Afternoon Care WILL NOT be available on the following days:
- The Wednesday before Thanksgiving
- The Friday when Christmas Vacation begins
- Holy Thursday
- The Wednesday before Fiesta in May (after Mothers’ Day weekend)
- The Last Day of School in June
Daycare is available only until 3 PM on the following dates:
- Halloween
- The Monday and Tuesday before the Parish Fiesta (after Mothers’ Day in May)
