First Grade Classroom Needs:
Facial Tissues

Clorox Wipes
Black Ink HP 67
Pauly’s Project
Thank you to those who have donated sanitizing wipes for those in need! The school plans to make 100 kits to serve homeless individuals and we’re still 40 wipe packs short. If you’re able to donate more wipes, even if it’s the packs from the dollar store, please do! The very last day to donate is on Monday, March 31. Thank you for your continuous support and generosity!
Easter Egg Hunt
First Grade and Kindergarten will be having an egg hunt after the spring break. Please have your child bring in an empty shoe box that they will use as their egg basket. We will be putting it together and decorating in class. Please bring them in by Thursday, April 3.
Teaching Touch Safety
Students have brought home their rulers and boundaries activity sheets. These are for you to keep at home and to go over with your child about boundaries. It is very important they are made aware of their own personal boundaries and that they feel comfortable telling a trusted adult if their personal boundaries are crossed. Remind them of safe touches (a high five, fist bump, etc.) and unsafe touches (pushing, hitting, etc.). Please also continue to notify me through email or Band if someone new will be picking up your child that is not on your emergency contact list. Let’s work together to keep our children comfortable and safe.
Friday, April 4
I will be out on Friday this week, and there will be a substitute in my place. Our class schedule and routine will remain the same, starting with mass in the morning, and students will still be expected to take their tests as planned. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me.

First Grade Parent Survey
As we continue our journey through third grade, I welcome your feedback on how the year is going and how we can work together to make this a positive and enriching experience for your child. While it may seem early for an evaluation, I want to ensure every family has the opportunity to share thoughts, ask questions, or offer suggestions—especially if you didn’t have a chance to do so at Back to School Night.
This survey is anonymous, and I sincerely appreciate your input. Please keep feedback focused on the classroom experience. Click the link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe6811TomDY38qTNx3rbBVpvSAcKm9MRGZ2D9Izu-i79cWk5g/viewform
