Marian Consecration (Feb. 20 - March 25) Our Marian Consecration began last February 20 and will culminate on the Feast of Annunciation (March 25). This year we are reading "Marian Consecration for Children" by Carrie Gress.
The book is divided into five parts. The first five days focused on getting to know Jesus and his mother; after that, it will take a week to look at Mary as our Mother. The third installment will tell the stories of young saint and their important role in salvation history, even in their littleness. Following this will consider the vices, or sins, that sadly separate us fromJesus and his mother. Finally, the last week will look at what stories if knights and princesses from the days of old can teach us about Mary and our mission in the world.
On Saturdays and Sundays, students are to read the story with you that is posted on Google Classroom. Your student must write their reflection at the back of their Mass reflection.
Don't forget to add your student as an “Attendee” and complete the release form!
